- Increased storage and functional space upstairs and down
- Added a pleasant master bath with a laundry closet.
- Created a beautiful kitchen with open gathering spaces for family and friends
Solutions & Results
Kitchen Remodel
Classic floor-to-ceiling double French doors were installed to welcome natural sunlight into a new, open kitchen. The renovation replaced the narrow cooking area with a larger, more sensible kitchen and eating nook that opens to an expanded family room and entertainment area.
Baths
Modern glass, ceramic and classic travertine tiles were used to revive the main floor bath and blend it in with the updated kitchen. A large shower and colorful tile work provides the family bath with much needed space and style.
Basement
Moving some walls and fresh updates dramatically transformed a cold, damp, unused basement into a cozy, welcoming environment with new windows, heat and a renovated bathroom. The results include a roomy new guest suite and a spacious gathering area that could serve as a movie room or second family room.
Storage Additions
A large wine collection needs a place to be properly stored, displayed and enjoyed. A custom wine cellar – complete with cooler, cedar bottle display, and room to entertain visiting wine enthusiasts – achieved all of these goals.
Master Suite Renovation
Generous storage space was created with a large addition to the master suite. A luxurious master bath, walk-in closet, storage and laundry facilities were built in to accommodate and organize the family’s upstairs needs.
