Meet Leslie, CRD’s design manager. She has her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in interior design and has worked in residential architectural design, turn-key interiors, and custom home remodeling-building since 2010. “I love the creative process: uncovering the issue or challenge and then getting down to business finding solutions,” she says. “Design is truly a fluid process, and you never can predict just where it will take you.”
She advises homeowners working with a design professional to trust in the process. “Whether you just decided to remodel yesterday or you have been researching for years, keep an open mind. It can be a challenge to wrap your brain around something you haven’t imagined yet, but you’ve hired a designer for a reason. Let them do their thing!”
