A Ballard home got a fresh, modern look when an addition was added on to the back of the home. The kitchen location moved to create a larger space and open connection to the dining and living room areas. We also incorporated an existing covered patio to work with a mudroom and new kitchen exterior door. The large kitchen peninsula was powered for use of laptops and charging phones, and a media nook and built-in bookshelf area fully personalize the space to suit the owners' needs.
