Detached Backyard Oasis
Our Design-Build team was able to transform the backyard of this beautiful Wallingford home from a small garage to a stunning detached extension of their home which provides the extra space they needed. Downstairs is the garage, powder bathroom, and home office/living space that includes extra-wide patio doors that open up to their beautiful backyard, which helps bring the outside in. Upstairs there is an open-concept living room/kitchen area that is perfect for hosting and entertaining, as well as a bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom. The couple chose the gorgeous wood light fixtures and circle window to help create the beachy Scandinavian design they wanted.
