Forever Home

This home is located in Seattle's vibrant Wedgwood neighborhood, but it suffered from a compartmentalized 1980's design. Our clients opted to knock down a wall section and create a gorgeous custom kitchen that is open to the living area. We added a gas fireplace and visually connected the living room to the backyard with large new windows. The primary suite was given new closets, a walk-in shower, a free-standing tub, and marble tile. Patterned porcelain tile makes the powder room pop. The basement guest bath was also revamped. Finally, the home's curb appeal got a major upgrade with new garage doors, porch railing, and eye-catching cedar shiplap siding. Our clients, a young family, are thrilled to now be able to call this their forever home.
