Open House
Sometimes you just need some space to breathe. With two small kids and two small dogs, this young family found the layout of their Green Lake home to be a bit too cramped and compartmentalized. The solution was to open the kitchen to the living and dining rooms. In the process, the kitchen was rebuilt with all new appliances, custom cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, lighting, and hardwood floors. In the living room, an inconveniently placed and seldom-used wood-burning fireplace was replaced with a gas fireplace in a better location. The floors, finishes, and lighting of the living and dining areas were freshened up. Finally, the front entry was given the grand treatment, with a new gabled porch roof and custom railings. Our clients love their new space and are eager to call it home for many years to come.
