This Lawton Park basement was a thoughtful transformation of underutilized spaces into functional and inviting areas. The unused crawl space was dug down to turn into a beautiful basement. The project includes a revamped basement with two new bedrooms and a laundry room, designed for versatility with options like a guest room, home office, or children’s play area, tailored to meet this growing family’s needs. The refreshed deck enhances outdoor living, offering opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.
