One in-house team handles design, permitting, and construction, with fixed pricing, a dedicated coordinator, and a two-year warranty on every project. What a Seattle remodel costs
Most Seattle remodeling budgets fall into a few ranges, and we publish ours. In our 2026 Seattle cost report, mid-range kitchen remodels run $100,000 to $150,000 and up, small bathroom remodels run $60,000 to $150,000 and up, a light-touch basement finish runs $100,000 to $200,000, bedroom additions run $200,000 to $400,000, and a whole-home remodel typically starts around $350,000. How long a Seattle remodel takes
A kitchen remodel typically takes five to six months. A whole-house remodel takes about a year, including two to six months of design and several months of Seattle permitting before construction begins. Our team handles the full permitting process, from initial applications through inspections.

What is design build? Design build is a full-service approach to home remodeling that includes both the design and construction. The design-build approach tends to offer homeowners better efficiency, accountability, communication, and convenience for their home remodeling project.
Does CRD warranty its work? CRD warrants its work for 24 months starting from the time we sign the construction agreement. As the warranty comes to an end we always reach out to clients to let them know in advance in case any last minute fixes need to be made.
Do you handle Seattle permits? Yes. Seattle has specific zoning, setback, and lot coverage requirements that vary by neighborhood. Our team handles the full permitting process, from initial applications through inspections, so you do not have to navigate it alone.
