Mountlake Terrace Primary Bathroom/Spa and Laundry Room

Our Design-Build team was able to upgrade a few outdated spaces in this Mountlake Terrace home. We upgraded their primary suite to have a walk-in closet and expanded their bathroom to include a bigger shower and vanity.  Attached to their primary bathroom is their secret spa room. We majorly upgraded this room by using careful space planning to include more storage, adding a sauna and a new hot tub. This room can also be accessed behind a fun secret bookcase door! 

Additionally, we upgraded the laundry room in this home from a small closet with no storage to its own room that functions as a mudroom that leads to their garage.  We gave this family lots of cabinets and storage spaces including a pantry since this new room is conveniently located right off their kitchen.
