Wallingford Dormer Addition
A Sun-filled Expansion
This Wallingford couple’s home lacked privacy and lighting. They knew they needed another bathroom and dreamt of evenings in a soaking tub with a glass of wine. They decided it was finally time to get the bathroom of their dreams and, while they were at it, a small office nook.
Our Design-build team went in and expanded a small angled crawl space that was acting as attic storage space. We lifted the roof line up and out and added a few skylights to gain some much-needed natural lighting in our new spaces. This lovely couple now has a stylish and unique bathroom, office, walk-in closet, and custom hallway built-ins.
