A Remodel That Rocks
Is it possible to combine serenity and a rock-and-roll aesthetic? This project does. Our client asked for a new master suite addition with free-standing tub to soak away the day’s stress. The kitchen was also enlarged and updated with a modern touch and access to a new back deck for morning coffee or evening cabernet.
A modern palette and generous windows help bathe the new spaces with light, and a gallery wall of prized Northwest concert posters bring back great memories. (Anyone catch a “hot new band” called Nirvana opening for Sonic Youth at the Moore?) And when it’s time to party, ceiling-mounted speakers in every room can be cranked up…to 11.
