Fremont Guest Bathroom

Portfolio

A tiny bathroom with a BIG personality.

After we completed a major remodel for a close relative, these homeowners invited us to bring their unique vision to life in their own home.  This Fremont bathroom transformation is the perfect example of how a small footprint can still make a massive style statement.

Project Goals:

  • Maximize a compact layout to include a comfortable walk-in shower.
  • Showcase the homeowners’ adventurous style.
  • Create a space suitable for both guests and daily use.

The Challenge:

The primary hurdle for this bathroom was the limited square footage. The homeowners had already remodeled their kitchen with an eclectic aesthetic and wanted the bathroom to match that playful energy. However, after a leak prompted an initial DIY attempt, the owners realized the technical demands of the small space—specifically fitting a modern walk-in shower into a tight footprint—required a professional touch to reach the finish line.

The Solution:

Our design team utilized precision space planning to fit a luxurious walk-in shower without making the room feel cramped. To honor the clients’ artistic flair, we leaned into a bold palette, mixing creative textures and colors that reflect the spirited character of the neighborhood. We transitioned the space from a mid-repair project into a polished, whimsical retreat that functions perfectly.
