Our design build process starts with a Design Program Meeting. During this time, our team will evaluate your home’s dimensions, measurements and layout. They will also discuss your goals and ideas for the intended remodel.
Following the Design Program Meeting, you'll come to our design center to review floor plans and pick out materials. Your designer will then show you 3D renderings of your future space and discuss financial details.
Next comes the development phase. This is when you work closely with the design team to nail down every detail of your new space. Once these plans are finalized, we'll handle all the permitting and present a project schedule.
