Next, you’ll visit our design center to select materials and review floor plans. Your dedicated designer will work tirelessly to prepare a 3D walk-through of your project and create a proposed budget.
We encourage you to visit our CRD Design Center as often as you'd like throughout your project to make selections and refine every last detail. Once you're ready to commit to construction, we'll handle all the necessary permit applications and create a detailed schedule for you.
As soon as we finalize the pricing, the construction phase begins. Our construction team is led by a lead craftsman who will be present every workday to ensure your home is protected and that your project is completed on time and within budget.
