Field Support

The Field Support (FS) role supports all operations and field work done within the scope of remodeling and/or construction projects. This includes performing all tasks requested or required in order to support completion. The FS is responsible for job tidiness and cleanliness with minimal supervision as directed by the Production Manager and/or Lead Carpenter.
The role will employ the philosophy of the company mission in all work product and will provide support to fellow field employees.

The role of the office administrator is to coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company polices. Support office manager and operations manager with day-to-day data entry, filing, and special projects. Good communication and “people” skills are essential to this position.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager develops strategic marketing plans and oversees and executes the various tactics to execute the plans. Responsibilities include planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns across different channels, generating and tracking leads, providing sales support, and building the CRD brand. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for maintaining and updating the company website with new content and overseeing vendors to add new features as needed. The position is also responsible for the company’s CRM and marketing automation software, setting up automated processes, supporting other team members, and maintaining the database. Excellent communication skills are required, including professional writing experience. It is expected that you will learn and employ the philosophy of the company mission in your work.

Architect

The architect role provides design services to clients, advises the design manager, and provides technical support to design staff. The architect is responsible for the management of assigned project designs, from the initial client interview to completion of the design, specifications, and permit submittal. The position is responsible for producing both preliminary and working design documents for the production handoff package. The position works in close coordination with the Design Department manager and other design staff as well as with clients. It is expected that the role will employ the philosophy of the company mission in all designs and will provide support to staff designers. As needed the architect will work as the Architect of Record (AOR) while producing and reviewing design department documents.

Estimator/Project Coordinator

The estimator/project coordinator is responsible for creating construction estimates during design and final pricing for the construction agreement. The role is responsible for working closely with the production manager to create job schedules and to keep them updated throughout the projects. The estimator/project coordinator works closely with the design team as projects are being developed to help ensure a successful handoff of the design package to the production team. The position reports to the production manager for assignments and duties.
