Meet Jay, CRD's Production Manager. Jay has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry from new builds to remodels and has worked in many trades such as framing, trim carpentry, concrete, and siding. He has spent the last 22 years in Seattle working in project management. His advice to homeowners is to "know that your space is going to get messy and ugly before you get the beautiful reveal of your newly remodeled space. Trust your professional team through the process."
In addition to working in the construction industry, Jay was an Air Force Pilot. He also likes to prospect for gold in his free time!
Jay has worked at CRD since 2023.
